     Planning our trip to Europe this summer, we realized how much we rely upon, and delight in reviewing, our old handwritten travel diaries. So, we're back to blogging (on a much more informal basis) nearly a year after our last post.

    Tomorrow, we're flying out to the Caltriders from LAX and staying at the airport tonight (Hacienda Hotel where room and 14 days' parking is $149.95). On the way down, we stopped at the Getty Center for a brief tour of its gardens and snapped this sculpture on the way in. We'll be back!
