Over the Tapas, Tuesday, August 2

If you are ever in Bozeman Montana, this makes a great lunch (or dinner) stop. The tapas offerings were limited but all interesting and all well prepared. Our choices:

·                      - Spanish olives,

·                     - Red potatoes roasted in salt, served with red pepper aioli and a cilantro lemon sauce

·                     - Roasted asparagus with goat cheese, aioli and almonds

·                    - Dates wrapped in bacon

·                    - Spicy hot garlic shrimp

The paella, calamari, gazpacho (made with watermelon), and chorizo omelet, among others, await our next visit There are also salads, sandwiches and entrees on the menu. Although we refrained from wine, the wine list was well priced and interesting – lots of choices by the glass.
