October 11 Scalo

Today is characterized by 35 mph winds and black storm clouds everywhere and so our planned bike trip along the Rio Grande was not possible. After spending the morning reading and working, we decided it would be good to get out of the trailer in case it blew over. Naturally we headed out to eat. Scalo in the Nob Hill section of Albuquerque, near the University is trendy and serves northern Italian food. It's the restaurant that everyone wants to have in their neighborhood was just the way to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon.
