Tuscan Grilled Trout

Two days after our Tuscan game hens, here we are with another dish inspired by one of our favorite Italian regions. Normally, it's not the way we cook trout but we were in the mood to try something different and Googled "Grilled Trout." Came up with this excellent recipe from Food and Wine.com. It will be on our table again. Quick and easy to make, assuming you get the knack of filleting the fish.
